*Macular Degeneration is an eye disease caused by degeneration of the cells of the macula lutea, resulting in blurred vision and sometimes blindness.

Eye diseases can have a disturbing effect on those suffering from these conditions. Sometimes minor, everyday tasks become overly frustrating.
​Living with these eye diseases can be damaging, both physically and mentally.

We will all be affected by low vision at some point, but it can be managed with proper rehabilitation or treatment.

Low Vision Program

The Low Vision Program is a clinician-developed program which is backed by more than 12 years of experience and research. We focus on education and therapy that helps our visually-impaired patients achieve maximum function and reduce falls. Educating our patients allows them to execute Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as cooking, shopping and bathing.

Our caregivers will help the patient regain dignity, trust and self-confidence while tending to the patients in the comfortable surroundings of their place of residence.

Explain the effects of the specific eye disorder involved

Teach new ways of accomplishing difficult tasks
